Hotel Auñak has a restaurant for
35 people, where
you can taste the most typical dishes
from our traditional cuisine. Some
good examples of our cooking are:
• Asparagus,
Piquillo peppers, red beans, lamb and
veal meat (with appelation d’origine).
On season: roe deer, deer, wildpig and
a range of mush-rooms, etc.
We also offer a variety of home-made
desserts (made of cow and sheep milk).
These delicious dishes can be served
with some of the wines from our large
menu selected by our sommelier.
